Pitched, designed and developed a secure web application, accessible in a corporate environment to monitor multifunction printer devices in near-real-time and access statistics regarding these devices. Worked using a ticketing system to support 300 on-site users, and remote users across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Responsible for training new employees which involved teaching them the basics of the OS X operating system, setting up their Mac and accounts, including email, contacts, and calendar, as well as additional support available to them. Scheduled and instructed workshops for teaching various applications of various difficulty levels.
Kristian is a very conscientious worker who is a quick learner and very efficient at prioritising heavy workloads. Always approachable, Kristian was responsible for providing support for 200-300 on-site users at Apple UK. He was always very professional and comfortable with working on projects as part of a team or on an individual basis.
